Establishing the right information and communication between clients, Faculty and staff, as well as monitoring the performance of Faculty and planning and budgeting of the Programmes and everything else involved in the successful delivery of a Programme. Successfully managing Programme Managers and student assistants. Working to very tight timescales, built a sound team that worked for each other and ultimately delivered successful jobs for both the clients and the business.
Project Lead Sep 07 – Present Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University
Responsible for Graduation Project Design and Management, graduates and external relations liaison, site surveys, agreeing deliverables and Project documentation. Planned the right labor, materials, information, quality, locations at the right time, every time. Eliminated budget and Project overruns, resolved conflicting relationships between stakeholders, and increased the reliability and quality of information flow. Developed close working relationships with Project Manager, designer and external relations. Wrote the process flows, time lines and check lists for this Project. Looked after the budget worth €50,000.
