Acquired and licensed products from multinational pharmaceutical companies. Negotiated the sale of the business as a going concern prior to leaving CeNeS.

Personally negotiated numerous international deals, including acquisitions and disposals of businesses, in- and out-license of products and technology transfer for branded, generic and OTC products.
