Early Experience.

From University I joined Ingersoll Rand as a product applications engineer and quickly progressed through manufacturing to product sales including managing a network of distributors in the UK and overseas - an early realisation about customer service in a competitive market and the potential for distributed IT logistics systems.
After three years I joined Esso Petroleum and worked at their Fawley refinery as a Purchasing/Cost Control Engineer followed by promotion to Senior Refinery Project Engineer.
