Human Resources Business Partner

Work Experience

He has in-depth experience and knowledge of the whole spectrum of the HR-corporate function as well as of the day to day operations: from search and selection, recruitment, compensation & bene-fits, personnel development, through to restructuring and outsourcing, utilising appropriate audits throughout. Moreover, he is very familiar with negotiating all HR issues with the works council, in order to finalise collective bargaining agreements.
His use of Labour Law knowledge is always oriented towards pragmatic achievements, i.e. aiming at the best results in the given framework of national labour and employment regulations (from projects in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Netherlands he is also familiar with the basic labour condi-tions in these countries).
His particular ability was recognised at an early stage in his career and he moved to senior HR company roles in SME surroundings within the first seven years of his career. From 1998 until 2003 he has held senior line positions and has used his further specialist knowledge in training and devel-opment, together with organisational behaviour to great advantage.
His multicultural awareness, negotiation and consulting skills enable him to analyse demand for or-ganisational enhancement in each HR section of business needs. By designing and executing action plans he supports the line managers and gives guidelines for their best utilisation of existing and newly implemented tools. With the same result oriented pragmatism he reaches constructive solu-tions for critical issues such as works council conflicts, employee disciplinaries, tribunals, dismissals and other potential conflict areas.
His working style is analytical and persistent, collaborative with the line managers, focused on clear decision making, which is also openly communicated in the organisation.
