Responsible for a team of 9 persons (1 working from his home office in the USA). Main task of the team is the remote management of Unix Systems running an Oracle database, which is needed for the production environment of the customer.

Second assignment was the management of the projects as also the coordination of the local support to internal and external customers.
My assignment was the restructuring of the team, as also keeping track of the standardisations, and the further documentation of the operations.

Set-up:
PTD Web application, basic Unix, basic SQL-commands, MS Project, Message queue handling
Task:
Outsourced for the period of 10 months to UPM Netservices in Brussels to take part of the roll-out of the new PTD (Packaging and Transaction Database) software for the logistic warehouses and shipping ports. For this project, two technical persons were assigned to me to activate the software as also to convert existing inventory of the warehouse.

Task:
Outsourced for 4 months to the head office of M-real at Amsterdam in order to provide local support to their infrastructure, as also to make offers for their sales offices, concerning IT-infrastructures.

Task:
Project leader for anti-virus and back-up project meaning the coordination of F-Secure and Arcserve roll-out on all the servers as also the protection of the clients for all the sales offices worldwide (EMEA).
