As account manager I was responsible for the day-to-day running of sixty client entities. This involves preparing the annual accounts, filing accounts for the Chamber of Commerce and interim accounts of entities, dealing with auditors, fiscal and legal advisers, reporting to the De Nederlandsche Bank, dealing with corporate income tax and VAT, arranging payments and debt management. Furthermore involved in the training of junior staff.

At this company I held a position as a Trust & Company Administrator and was responsible for the management and maintenance of offshore entities. The emphasis was on due diligence and compliance. My portfolio contained approxiametly fifty clients and five corporate structures.

At ING Trust (Jersey) Limited I had a position as a bookkeeper/accounts preparer and prepared the accounts for the entities entrusted to us. I was responsible for approximately one hundred clients. Furthermore I was responsible for the administration of The First Hungary Fund, a fund registered on the Dublin Stock Exchange.

As assistent-controller I was involved in the following processes: internal control, cash management, payment of creditors, bookkeeping, financial reporting on interest margins, management reporting to the head office and several ad hoc projects.
