• Business Process Management (BPM): performing interviews with employees and executives with the objective of describing detailed processes for the Operations (trading with securities, back office, settlements) and the Credit Department of a bank (Lombard lending, Funds lending, treasury lending). Notes from interviews are reproduced in the BPM tool.

• Analyzing the environment and the different sources of information available: existing IT-system, available tools (fax machines, IT systems for trading or settlements, etc.) organizational charts, existing procedures, job specs and profiles, what kind of information (documents, forms, etc.) and how the information is circulating between the different roles and services/departments, what are the activities performed by the different people and how these activities are interacting between each others, which results these activities produce, etc..

• Describing the processes behind the roles and designing these processes into IT-system using workflows tools, planning of the future deliveries and follow-up of the steps already achieved.

• Project management for the “Credit” operations: detailed analysis of the current situation, design of the complete organizational chart of the Department with the different roles and respective products, listing of all the existing procedures within the Department (i.e. Lombard Credit, Funds Lending) and of the documents used in the job execution (forms, pledge of securities, types of guarantees, etc.), planning and managing all the interviews and the future deliveries.

• « Business Portal» allowing an access to common procedures: complete and detailed design of the « Business Portal» of the bank including the whole organizational chart with 5 levels of hierarchy, the corresponding functions (Manager, Head of department, Head of service, Team Leader, Employee, etc) and some of the roles performed. Organizational Chart has been drawn up with « OSSAD Portal Design».

• Testing phase of a new alternative rating system for SMEs (small and medium sized companies) to be introduced for companies operating in Germany and advising Management on possible rooms for improvements in the rating process for the German customer base:

o Performing credit risk analysis.
o Validating the input: origin of the information, whether financial/qualitative, how they are used in intermediary step (financial ratios).

o Testing the sample based on the degree of correlation between selected input data and/or the derived financial ratios and the final rating note calculated.
