I can offer a very successful track record of 20 years consulting (1988-2008)
out of which I was engaged for 10 years as an interim manager for supply chain, lean manufacturing and value engineering projects (Automotive, Defence, Aerospace, Advertisement, Building, Transport …)
as well as 10 years as expert for french and european consultancies and freelance consultant.

Operations were directed towards Change Management for Operational Performance Improvement (cost, quality, lead time, customer service, productivity, profitability, overheads, ...) and Business Process Development (strategy implementation, products, services, human and material resources, methodology, organisation, management systems...) in industry and service to industry, from board to shopfloor and office level.

1970 - 1987 Senior managerial hands-on experience additionally in industry
1970 - 1977 as engineer and consultant (process planning, R&D, maintenance) and 10 years 1978 - 1987 as senior executive for engineering projects management (chemicals, aerospace & defence, automotive and process engineering).

Education

I was awarded my first Engineering degree in Aerospace (France 1970) and my Ph.D (Process Engineering 1977) at the Technical University Berlin (Germany) where I also held the post of an assistant University lecturer.
