05/2008 – 12/2008 IBM Project Future Executive Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA), Stuttgart and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Project executive and project leader to implement IBM’s growth market strategy for CEEMEA – one out of three global growth market regions - code name “project future”. The global “growth market” organisation as well as CEEMEA went successfully live on January 1st 2009.

05/2007 – 04/2008 IBM Client Value Initiative Project Executive North East IOT, Stuttgart / Zurich, Switzerland.
Participation in the global high level CVI design as subject matter expert and buying behaviour studies.
Successfully lead and implemented the CVI pilot in Germany

Special focus on the fastest growing markets like Russia, new European Union entrants and countries in the Middle East – like Saudi-Arabia - frequent travels to these regions and well established contacts to customers and Business Partners.
