Thomas Group, Zug Innovation Process Improvement R&D process at Robert Bosch GmbH was to go
R. Bosch , Stuttgart 2x faster ; assessmnt interviews at Directors + staff
of 10 factories at Stuttg. is done: reporting barriers for fast Innovation Process: leading to recommen-
dations and a plan how to eliminate all barriers by
barrier removal groups. Process is now 2x faster.

Prolion Sales, Re-organisation of Afters sales Dept. Organisation barely existed and was to be set up for
Schiphol, Schoondijke world wide after sales service for Milking Robots.
This also meant audits of service dealers, elimination
of unsuccessful- & selection of new dealers and de-
velop cooperation contracts. Further: re-positioning
personnel and select new; develop profitable stock-
& w-wide supply methods for spare parts.

International Mediation Missions Elimination of Claims and restore working relation
with franchised service partners: Germany, France
Denmark & Switzerland: resulting into eliminating
> NLG 2,5 million claims after objective research of
problem causes for all conflict involved parties and

NS Wisselbouw BV Creation of Innovation Process Besides strategy development and entire repositio-
Utrecht ning of the company, innovation process was set -up,
staffed- and coached. New products/ services were to
be further developed. Set-up of a new MRK- dept.,
coaching a new innovation process as well as a new sales team to enter new upcoming markets. Results:
3 new products and services: NLG 7,5 mln of new
business; NLG 1mln profit (10 mln loss previously).

Bringing staff down from 160 to 55 Intensive and fully open minded negotiation process
with all social partners from the very beginning of the
efficiency improvement process. My social plan got
full improvement of the Unions.

Schindler Elevators BV Massive Elevator project Townhall Due to high financial risks and technical complex
Den Haag of The Hague, Shopping Centre Eindh. projects (each NLG 15mln on Nlg 70 mln sales),
I started to organise these projects personally from
scratch until implementation, which meant partici-
pation in contractors’ building construction teams,
to protect our interests and negotiate techn. aspects.
