Sales & Operations Director, Netherlands (project based)
Key Responsibilities:
• Total responsibility and management of the entire Netherlands business.
• Produce Netherlands Business Plan.
• Set, track and analyse country specific sales targets and data.
• Produce and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Support and train a sales force of 4,500 including 80 top-line Leaders with business development.
• Hold one-on-one development meetings with all Leaders.
• Involvement in the development of all incentive programmes.

• Set up and launch new Health Club in area.
