Functie: MIS Expert, EU Aanbestedingsexpert.
Project omschrijving: (a) Trouble shooting toepassing EU aanbestedingsregels. (b) Het maken van "Action plan ICT in Education". Een gefaseerd strategisch investeringsplan voor sector onderwijs in Egypte (o.a. eLearning infrastructuur plan).
Activiteiten: (i) Herschrijven van EU tender dossier mbt IT apparatuur voor onderwijs sector (16 Meuro). Incl. evaluatie team lid. (ii) Het schrijven van een strategisch ICT plan voor de onderwijs sector i.s.m. (Nederlandse) onderwijs expert. Inclusief budget overzicht en gefaseerde implementatie plan om allocatie van (Nationale) middelen mogelijk te maken. (iii) (Mede) organisatie work shop om bevindingen te presenteren aan 1e lijn stakeholders (w.o. Minister en staatssecretarissen van Onderwijs).
