Work Experience

Major Tasks at different clients /jobs:

Build and maintain ongoing relationships with Internal Clients, serving their professional recruitment needs in the widest sense of the word.
Develop highly tailored and (cost/resources) efficient and effective strategies to recruit candidates through direct, networking, referral or Internet advertising sources.
At all times execute the most effective recruitment process possible, that will assure the highest quality pool of candidates to meet the ongoing and changing business demands of the company.
Develop/execute the selection process; this includes reviewing CVs against developed selection criteria. Conduct the interview of prospective employees, which pass the first selection.
Ensure that all parties involved in the recruitment process work in harmony to support the overall process through setting/establishing specific goals and objectives with time frames that are reviewed on a regular basis.
Liaison with the Internal Clients to detail the nature of the offer (contract type, job details, department, salary etc.), in accordance with the companies policies and procedures.
Liaison with the Internal Client as to the status of the offer (accepted, under consideration etc.) and continual communication with the candidate 'keeping them updated'.
Be involved in, and at times take a leading role in the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies, programs, and procedures; shaping-up the delivery organization required to meet the companies expectations.
