Implementation of a new integrated Accounting system for Dive Centre Thalassa, Manado, Indonesia. Also re-structuring of the administrative processes and finalising the administration for the years 1999 – 2001.

Establishing the company, setting up a base of operation in Manado, Indonesia. Managing the construction of a domicile.

2000 CEO and co-owner of Juize A/S, Denmark (Juize A/S has become part of the RTS Group from UK).

Responsible for: The development of the company strategy,
Managing external relations, Financial management as well as Personnel management of our 20 employees. Also supervising product design and realisation of products for the Mobile Internet.

Juize.com develops and markets advanced technical products for the Mobile Internet, such as E-location, Voice over XML, WML search engine and crawler, WAP Proxy Server and various Personal Mobile Applications. All developments are made as dynamic products using Oracle 8i, Portal-To-Go, Java and XML.

1998 - 1999 Manager of the International Division in Columbus IT Partner International A/S (Denmark).

Member of the Corporate Strategy Group and Manager for the Internet Strategy Team for E-Learning. Also responsible for the creation and implementation of the corporate processes/standards.

Manager of the International Division. Responsible for sale, marketing and the realisation of ERP solutions to large international customers in Europe (Concorde Axapta and XAL). Budget and personnel responsibility as well.

Responsible for business development and establishment of the French office (incl. The daily operation of the office).

1997 SAP Engagement Manager in Dansico A/S, Denmark.

Danisco chose to Implement SAP in the whole corporation worldwide in 1997. Overall SAP Manager, responsible for the creation of the Danisco SAP Competence Centre and the overall SAP solution architecture.

The Danisco SAP implementation included most R3 4.0 modules.

Selling SAP solutions within Financials, Logistics and Industry Solutions. Responsible for developing the Danish market for special industry solutions within the Public Sector, Utilities and Hospitals.

1 year as Marketing Representative being responsible for the sale of service projects using SAP R/3 and Triton from Baan.

2 years as Project/Process Manager of a large Change Management Project (incl. Re-evaluation of all the customers’ business processes.

½ year as Senior Consultant. Responsible for the establishment of a financial consultancy group.

1990 - 1992 Software Coordinator in Casio Europe B.V., The Netherlands.

Responsible for the worldwide business development and co-ordination of new IC Card application software for handheld devices. This included the creation of the product concept and marketing strategy for each product, locating suppliers and negotiating development contracts with both application and content suppliers, supervising the production of the product in Japan.

Responsible for IT/Business change projects incl. the management of organisational changes within the European Distribution Centre.

Responsible for the implementation of an invoicing-, inventory- and distribution system. This included the management of the subsequent cross-organisational changes in the seven participating departments.
