Assignment: Optimize the logistic/production processes and alignment of the two ERP systems in the factories of Diepenbeek and Kromeriz (CZ), as final step on the three previous assignments for Fremach Diepenbeek.

Company: Fremach Morava s.r.o. – Czech Republic, 01/2008 - 04/2008
Assignment: Implementation of a new ERP system: Catalyst Manufacturing®, including a newly developed article number structure and cost price calculation system, including several pre- and post result reporting methods.
Implementation of LICOS, a Warehouse Management System.

Company: Fremach Morava s.r.o. – Czech Republic, 07/2006 - 12/2007
Assignment: Supply Chain Manager for the facility for 1.5 years. Customers are mainly Tier-1Automotive and Consumer Electronics. Responsible areas:
o Customer Service; Order fulfilment and Complaint handling.
o Purchasing: direct material and Outsourcing – negotiation, contracting and assuring on-time supplies.
o Production Planning and follow-up

Assignment: Design of a new factory layout.
Implementation of a new ERP system, Catalyst Manufacturing®
Results: Factory lay-out design is approved and planned to be implemented q3/q4 2005.

Company: Philips Lighting Roosendaal Netherlands, 2005
Assignment: Improvement of Customer Service by adjusted production planning processes.
Results: Implemented improved and accepted short term planning processes.
Re-defined the SOP process, in order to reflect the required CS improvement and Inventory levels.
Defined, written and implementation of a customised “Shop Order registration system”.

Company: Philips LCoS, Micro display Systems – Böblingen Germany, 2004
Assignment: Business Process Re-engineering (Transition from Research organisation to a High-Volume Manufacturing Organization).
Results: The logistic structure and the control systems are partly implemented and operational. Unfortunately the Philips Board of Management had decided to stop the activities and the facility was shut down in October 2004.

Assignment: Developing, programming and implementation of a Vendor Managed Consigned Inventory program with international customers (Solectron-Romania, Jabil-Hungary Philips-Hungary)
Results: Fully operational VMI concept, supported by a customised software program;.

- Project Manager for selecting and implementing e-commerce solutions for the Global Supply Chain of the Digital Network Business for Philips Electronics. Areas; Planning, Operations, Development.
- Project Manager for global implementation (Belgium, France and USA) of AGILE; Product Data Management suite.

1996 – 2000 Supply Chain Manager; Philips Industrial Activities, Hasselt, Belgium.
- Member of the BU-Management Team; Operational responsibility for total goods- and information flow for the production of Set-top boxes.
