Oracle (March 2003-) Data Quality Management BeLux

Project management and scheduling of specific sales and marketing data quality projects evolving around Oracle 10g and E-Business Suite applications. Data Quality is the one common factor in all Oracle Applications so integrity across all applications data allows a 360° view of customer, sales and support activities while being critical to the successful implementation of ongoing enhancements.

Analyse data quality issues working closely with the business users at both BeLux and EMEA level to create a “single source of truth”.
Develop methodology to assess the accuracy of contract data and sales statistics working with business users to ensure consistency and integrity of the customer data while keeping to realistic output and time frames.
Assist Data Desk Administrators in reconciling and integrating customer data; ensure conflicting streams of information are removed from the system.
Set up data quality analysis reports measuring progress; provide management teams with ad hoc reports for BeLux;
Meet with Country and European Managers and to discuss the quality of information;
Regularly review processes for measuring quality proactively and systematically
Promote best practice among local users through continuous one on one communication or group presentations;
Run and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for application enhancements and new releases;
Provide first line assistance and ensure proper training of all sales teams;
Log requests reporting any persistent faults or discrepancies and follow up with the global IT Support Team.
E-Business Suite being an integrated set of enterprise applications, Data Management also covers Global Reference Management - allowing users to track customer sales and marketing References on a global basis, and Territory Management to define customer attributes enabling a consistent, cohesive view of customer attributes across all applications.
S.I.T.A. (Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques). Reporting to the Vice President Finance, manage the logistics of relocating the European Headquarters from Paris to Brussels, mainly adapt computerised data of local environment; review operation statistics, purchasing of IT equipment; liaising with various local authorities).

Protein Technologies International Europe (then part of the Ralston Purina Group). Reporting to the Executive Vice President Europe. Acting as interface between the regional offices, collection and analysis of sales and marketing data for reports to US headquarters; organise meetings at various European locations.

I.M.P. Start up of the sales promotion unit, subsidiary of the DMB&B advertising group reporting to the Managing Director. Implement office management procedures, recruit and train administrative staff, handle product presentations to foreign accounts.

Champion Europe. Reporting to the Marketing Director Europe, Africa, Middle East. set up and implementation of computerised statistics and marketing plans; data research and compliance, training staff in newly acquired IT tools.

S.W.I.F.T. Assistant to the Manager of the Belgian Telecommunications Centre during the closure and transfer of the Centre to the Netherlands.
