7/03 to date: Management Services Ltd. Interim Management & Consultancy to the plastics, packaging and F.M.C.G industries. Recently completed a contract with a major international packaging Company. This included closing a factory in Manchester, managing a smaller unit in Bradford and commissioning a new site at Foston (Near Uttoxeter). Presently working on a logistics issue in Bracknell, Berks.

• Project managed the building of 2 blowmoulding factories to time and budget constraints (Hole in the wall operations based on the Customers’ sites).
• Successful operational control of both factories running a J.I.T, Kaizen & 5S process.
• The recruitment and training of all employees.
• Production efficiencies consistently in excess of 95% and waste below 2%
• Successful accreditation of ISO 9000 in less than 12 months.
