starting up and improvement of the electronic data transfers (references, prices,...) between suppliers and Fnac

o mission: complete replacement of informatics system and reorganization of the supply chain

active participation in the inventory of the existing systems, evaluation of the suppliers and externalisation of the logistics department

o Mission : complete removal of a warehouse (professional clothing) and start of production in new location

Complete identification of the products and reduction of stocks
Removal of 150 000 parts of clothing / 600 pallets and relocation in new picking area and warehouse in relation to stock rotation
Start up production with new procedures and complete inexperienced personnel
