· All aspects of the assessment, evaluation and competency management of internal and external training companies and other bodies.
· All aspects of resource and operations management in multi-national work environments (managing up to 60 staff directly)
· All aspects of project management in multi-national and multi cultural work environments (projects up to £800,000)
· Management, administration and development of accreditation schemes relating to in excess of 790,000 individuals.
· Implementation of ISO9002 quality systems, procedure writing and quality auditing
· Analysis of workflow, re-engineering work processes and ERP implementations
· IT system design, user requirements, system testing; Crystal Report writing; implementation of document image processing and card production systems.
· Staff re-structure, recruitment and training
· Preparation, and management of financial budgets (1.5 million expenditure - 4 million income)
· Establishment of call centre, ACD functionality, day to day operation (up to 25,000 calls per month)
· In excess of 14 years experience of customer service environments
· Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, experience of CompuServe and Microsoft E-mail systems, experience of SAP, PeopleSoft and related electronic performance support systems (EPSS)
