My aim was to create, develop and manage the new Benelux subsidiary of the French Group Norton Symonds Consulting (NSC), ICT consulting and services company, by managing all the aspects: general management, recruitment (up to 30 people), sales, strategic partnerships (Belgacom, Accenture France, Peregrine Systems…), operations, finance, … The bankruptcy of the holding NSC has for consequence the closing of the Benelux subsidiary.

Present at the creation of this ICT consulting company, start up of the sales in the major accounts, recruitment, coaching, procedures, quality plan, direct and indirect sellings in Belgium, Luxemburg and the north half of France, fixed price projects, partnerships (Belgacom, Peregrine, Dimension Data, Norton Symonds Consulting, …), sales of crisis management, change management, interim mangement… missions.
