Reporting directly to the executive vice president and global head of Customer Service and Operations. Responsible for the end to end implementation and hand over to service of 78 RadianzNet points of presence
? Design - A Layer 3 IP solution carried over existing novated Reuters Layer 2 infrastructure. Introduced an Acceptance Criteria Checklist as a mechanism for Engineering to deliver design revisions and updates into Global Operations for implementation.
? Stategic Planning - Defined the project approach, produced Exception Reports for OSS/BSS products included in the Design but identified as incomplete. Obtained executive agreement to cascade incomplete products into a separate project to enable sign off for the primary project.
? Deployment Strategy - Established operational process and methodology around the Engineering Design. Introduced Standard Solutions and obtained additional budget to baseline existing proof of concept sites. Produced a Data Centre Request Form to capture requirements and define individual site deliverables. Published a Documentation Register and initiated sustainable processes for updating planning and implementation guides after project closure.

J Sainsbury Depot LAN Infrastructure Upgrade
Project managed the business requirements, design, procurement, implementation and support of a scaleable Switched Ethernet LAN solution for Sainsbury’s Depots. Comprising of Cisco Catalyst 4000 switches in the core with Cisco 2924XL as access devices.

• Design To deliver an economic, scaleable, future proof design solution that encompassed the requirements of the Sainsbury’s Supply Chain including RF warehouse data and supermarket wireless EPOS systems.
