•Reviewed distribution centres and operational procedures, saving, £6million setting up just in time service and incorporating agreed key performance indicators to ensure leading edge product offering.

•Performed, strategic review of transport operations highlighting savings of £500,000 in the first year.

• Established a new logistics division, which enabled the company to capture third party customers, income £2.5million this opened up the opportunity to cross sell other services.
