GTCOMFORT 08/2009 – 09/2011
The first turn-key geothermal solutions provider in the Netherlands, implementing geothermal installations for the residential market, combining the highest ROI with integral terms for heat pump, geothermal drilling and installation.
Provided thought leadership and entrepreneurial capabilities to start-up new venture to its early market stage, reshaping the go-to-market strategy within this market sector.
Developed business concept that connects streamlined backoffice (project management, engineering) with fully automated - patent pending - front office process for this specific market.
Developed partnership with premier installation bureau for nation-wide coverage. Sourced geothermal drilling services and contracted exclusive German and Polish technology to be sold under the private label GEOsmart. Harmonized individual terms and conditions into integral terms to ensure warranties for complete installations. While piloting the concept with early customers, the initiative got the attention from early investors. This business model turned out to be highly domestic constrained. With the personal desire to fulfill Executive roles in larger geographies and/or scope it made the decision easy to sell the company in its early stages.

The largest (2008) global communications platform for seamless IP-based communication among mobile devices and social media platforms, including Skype, Facebook, Windows Live Messenger, GoogleTalk, Twitter, Yahoo!, ICQ, AIM, MySpace, Hyves and others.

Provided thought leadership, executive management leadership and operational activities for a 25 million global user base, growing at a pace from zero to 5,000 new subscribers per day in 24 months, in the mobile social networking industry.

Spearheaded vision, strategy and execution of global business operations. Oversaw staffing and strategic directives. Developed and implemented strategic marketing plans, established marketing and sales objectives, and prepared company-wide sales forecasts.
