Work Experience

I have 10 years contact centre/call centre experience. I have project managed the build of them as well as managed them on a daily basis. I have integrated call centres to reduce cost and increase productivity. I have worked for BT, Prudential Pension Review and London Congestion Charging (Capita Group).

I also have training management (design, delivery etc) experience and am CIPD qualified.

I have operational security management experience including crisis management for BT.

Education

CIPD qualified - Diploma in Training Management and Certificate in Teaching

A levels in English and Psychology
6 O levels (grade C or abvoe)

RSA secretarial qualifications
Typing speed 90 wpm
