Ensuring that there was a tight project discipline throughout the project as we had over 1100 key tasks to perform with 97 major deliverables many that could affect the critical path.· Incorporate 1:1 structure with key project staff in 6 Action Implementation Teams (AIT), that of that of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources and Training and Legal and Finance.· Ensure all staff clear as to dependencies and interdependencies within the AIT structure as the project progressed.· Set up weekly AIT Sitrep meeting as a platform to view the project as a whole and to enable all key staff to maintain the overall objective and vision whilst airing their views and observations.· Designed ran and skill transferred the recruitment process for Financial Advisors, Area Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers within Indonesia to achieve a maximum of 603 sales personnel in 2 years.· Skill transference to all key personnel that will be running the company after departure and to ensure a smooth transition in all areas.· Maintaining and promoting good working relationships between Bank Mandiri and AXA.· Troubleshooting.· Reporting to Main Board Directors, Project Directors and CEO Indonesia and Asia Pacific AXA This project was one of the most interesting and diverse projects I have ever run particularly when there is a need to hit the deck running and also to absorb the huge differences in culture when doing business in Indonesia.Gaining the respect of my predominately Indonesian team was of paramount importance in a project so vital to the success of these major players, Bank Mandiri and AXA. I learnt some valuable lessons early on as to how to do business in Indonesia and Asia generally and gained great respect from my new colleagues by burning the midnight oil and learning the Indonesian Language to a basic conversational level, this in turn enabled me to make many friends.April 2002 to Feb 2003KPMG and (internet company)Designed and set up a full assessment center for a contract won for KPMG.Wrote a full sales process and assessed directors of rightmove the internet property company in winning business in the New homes market. Executive Coaching and Feedback to some of the key directors.Coached Director and Head of New Homes to present major deal to key client. Deal secured for £250,000 in December 2002. Company now profitable and 13th largest internet company in the United Kingdom.September 2001 to March 2002 Equitable LifeHalifax Equitable Clerical MedicalHead of Training and Quality Assurance for part of the Rectification Scheme, that of POAP (Post Offer Acceptance Processing) and Contact Centre.In September 2001 the Managing Director of Huntswood Plc asked me to co write the bid for the Equitable Life Rectification Scheme Project. We were informed that there were 20 competitors bidding for this work.The work involved defining the tasks identified in the Request for Proposal supplied by Equitable Life and formulating the proposed solutions. This gave clear direction of how training notes were to be formatted and included various tools that could be used.Both of these are now complete and will aid Klearning in providing the highest standard of service and consistency and predictability through a given structure and process to their respective clients.

Passed for Senior Vice President Scotland by Philip Simensen Amex. Essex Division was a “Model” Division and attracted visits from both other Divisions and from America.
