Other

I like to create an environment where people can grow. My passion is to coach people and help them to understand/rethink their beliefs. (‘The power of the question’ & paradigm shift vs. evolution)

I am a senior manager with 13 years experience in consultancy. The last years I focused on business development in the European Telecoms & Media Industry, account management and have lead large & complex enterprise transformation projects (cross-industry).

The (upward) feedback that I have received, is that I am known as an enthusiastic no-nonsense leader, who values integrity and honesty, is a good listener and somebody who knows what he wants and how to achieve results with a team. My CV may seem very technical, but I am much more a change leader then a “techy”.

Looking back at my career so far; I have always entered positions where something new had to build up and/or a reorganization was required. Change is fun. People make the difference, especially a great team of people.
