•Customer Relation Management (CRM) at board of directors level and multi – level contacts within Marketing & Sales, R & D, Engineering and Production departments in Food and Non – Food industry.

•Responsible for managing and coaching of the internal sales & project organisation ( as off 1991).

•Responsibility for sales budgets and middle – long term account strategy
(Account Planning & Resourcing).

•Fluent in English, French and German languages.

•Drive and capability to acquire new accounts and establishing profound contacts within short
period of time.

•Experience and know how of managing the integration of complicated technical systems in production environments (Packaging Systems and Robotics).

•Know how of the different printing techniques as there are LITHO, GRAVURE AND FLEXO

•Mastering modern presentation techniques (Powerpoint 2002) and other Microsoft Office PC
applications.
