Last 3 years working as an interim manager completing assignments with the Post Office delivering in conjunction with the Sheffield Hallam University a program about Change in the Organisation, Interim Operations manager for Isleham Fresh Produce a carrot and parsnip growing and packaging business where I took them through a structural review and implemented the changes required to successfully complete their Christmas production problems.
