Further Jentro offers its LBE Server to third parties to operate the backend services for connected PNDs (Personal Navigation Devices) or any third party applications, e.g. onboard mobile phone applications, VoIP phones and, in-car entertainment systems. Jentro serves more than 650,000 customers in key European markets and has recently opened operations in North America. Jentro is privately owned and based in Munich, Germany.

- Set-up legal entity and related infrastructure
- Achieved 90% of the forecast (1,9 M$ i.e. 58% of WW revenue)
- Reached N°1 ranking region worldwide in FY 2002 and FY 2003
- Built up relationships with Alcatel, In Fusio, France Telecom, WIND, Telecom Italia, Telefonica, etc.
- Built up a staff of 5 people in France, 11 in Spain, 1 in Italy

Challenge: rebuild the business in Southern Europe following the acquisition of VIEWLogic by SYNOPSYS in 1997. Innoveda was spun-out from the former VIEWLogic and merged with SUMMIT to create a new EDA company with new people and new products (April 1997).
Achievements:
- Implemented new stable and successful organization
- Achieved 4 M$ bookings in 1998, 5,1 M$ bookings in 1999, 6,3 M$ planned for Y2K
- Managed Staff of 12 people in France , 5 in Italy , 4 in Israel

Feb. 1990 – Apr. 1997 VIEWLogic – EDA Software

ViewLogic was a US Computer aided engineering company quoted on NASDAQ. It was sold off after the Synopsys acquisition and later became Innoveda.
- Challenge: build-up the business in Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal) from scratch for a start-up company aiming at Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software solutions
