Created the first French platform for account aggregation, risk management and CRM – agrégaSoft® – aimed at investment advisors (Independent Financial Advisors, general brokers and private banks); organized and developed CGP Services.

- 2004: Appointed to CGP Services’ Board of Directors (created in 2002) as the representative of BNP Paribas Assurances; organized the company’s first fundraising – correlative entry of AXA France and JPMorgan Asset Management in the share capital
- 2005: Appointed to the position of Chairman & CEO – replacing the former CEO
- Determined target functionalities of the application
- Worked out the business model and business plans
- In a crisis context (application completely bug-ridden), reworked and cleaned up previous IT developments; achieved complete restructuring of the project 4 months before commercial launch
- Defined the contractual and regulatory elements required for the company’s operation (banking secrecy, French Financial Security Act, MiFID, etc.)
- Developed relations with professional bodies and regulatory authorities (CNIL…)
- Structured the company: Sales, Marketing & Communication, Finance, IT, Support services
- Launched sales in September 2006: More than 100 independent financial advisors and private banks acquired in 24 months, €10.5bn aggregated daily (8% of the French IFA market by investments) with 30 insurance and banking suppliers representing 90% of distribution of financial products in France
- Organised the company’s second fundraising (July 2007), then took part to its takeover by AXA France (October 2008)

- Adapted BNP Paribas Assurances’ distribution activities to the July 2003 French Financial Security Act (LSF). Scope: 50 insurance companies and general or private banks and 3,000 IFA’s representing distributed products totalling €50bn
- Designed and developed IT tools required for business development

- Developed BNP Paribas Assurances’ transactional business on the web (120 websites and web applications in 20 countries): On-line subscriptions and after-sales transactions on distributed products
