o Revitalized the HR department towards a strong business focus.
o Set up recruitment, employer branding, training centre for service technicians, changed performance management and working conditions, Works Council issues.
o Implemented recruitment workflow software (PeopleXS) and Performance Management software (SuccessFactors).

I have worked in appealing organizations and gained extensive experience in (senior) HR positions. I worked with (multinational) corporations like Pon (-Caterpillar), ArvinMeritor, Samskip, ANWB, ISS, Getronics, KPN and Fokker. In some of them I successful completed HR assignments as an self employed consultant. I also participated in international projects.
