After re-launch and redevelopment I managed and was involved in all aspects of the e-commerce operations including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, product merchandising, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies.

Main areas of operations were the on going development (optimization) and management of the user experience of the online direct sales business including site navigation, content, the checkout funnel, and brand specific promotional campaigns.

Additional objectives: Optimize conversion rate, Optimize Site performance, and Safeguard brand identity. Creative: Photography, catalogue management. Define styles and looks in cooperation with merchandisers and marketing team. Manage photo shoots with various International teams and agencies, in line with divisional requirements and marketing standards.
