Delivered: Commercial Director, responsible for the day to day operations national & international. Reporting to Owner/Managing Director.

Scope: Build new commercial distribition network in Holland, Germany, Scandinavia and BRIC countries. With new businesses as a result.
Build new “pillars” under the company to achieve less dependence on only the savoury snack business.
Implemented a brand / private label approach which resulted in a full production capacity during first 6 months 2013.

Scope: Successfully lead yearly negotiations with Ahold, Bijeen, Superunie, A.S. Watson, Maxxam and other total Out of Home customers.
Implemented price increase of €4 mio during 2012. No additional spending on total trade spent. Created new TTS structure in close cooperation with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Building a Sales organization. Searching new people (1 Sales Manager and 2 Account Managers) and replacement of the current management. Implemented successful.

over Van Melle N.V. in 2001 to form Perfetti Van Melle (PVM). Nowadays, with
a global net sales of Euro 1,8 billion, it is world’s 3rd and Europe’s largest
player in its segment.
Delivered: International Sales Manager, free role (close cooperation with and reporting to
General Manager Perfetti van Melle).
Period: January 2010 – September 2011
Scope: Create successful business relationship with Strategic Global Accounts resulting in new Private label business with Lidl GmbH in The Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Sweden and Finland. New business of 1.2 million kilo of candy. Only 2 product references.

Successfully lead yearly negotiations with Ahold, Bijeen, Superunie and introduction of new concepts (e.g. Toppermix). No additional spending.

Building a new Look-O-Look organization. Searching new people (1 Sales Manager and 2 Account Managers) and replacement of the current management including negotiations with the COR. Implemented successful.

New business successes: next to several Lidl countries, achievement of new business at Ahold, Aldi NL, Aldi France, Aldi Poland, Hema, Auchan, Casino, System U and others.
