Other

I have a solid background in Dutch labor law and have the ability to quickly find my way through other countries labor laws and practices. However, I like to solve issues in such a way that the law doesn't need to be called upon.

I'm good at:
- connecting people and organizational processes from various cultural backgrounds
- making difficult situations (such as change or dismissal) acceptable
- getting things done
- grasping the essentials of a situation and from there work towards a solution

My main purpose is to optimize the interaction between organizations and the people that work for them, from the initial stages of recruitment to the interactions with ex-employees and every step in between. I do this because I want to contribute to building an environment where people work together in a motivating and healthy way, bringing sucess to the organisation and themselves. In international organizations this starts with cross cultural understanding and cooperation.
