It also involved the redevelopment of the deal flow process, including the development of the screening tools and contributing to the redevelopment of the ePark website.

eBusiness strategy
Client: Department of Natural Resources and Environment (Victoria, Australia)
Key details: Project managed the evaluation and development of six Property Online projects forming the submission for $30 million funding from the Estate Agents Guarantee Fund (EAGF) in Victoria. This report highlighted the quantitative and qualitative benefits, costs, risks, interdependencies and critical success factors for each project and the NRE’s capability to deliver. Also developed the project policy frameworks for security, pricing, interoperability, privacy and intellectual property and took on a four month role as lead eBusiness advisor for Property Online.
