Responsible for the entire operational chain: contracts, order entry, database, graphics, paper and printing, distribution. Startup and growth of a business unit, delivering services in Year 2000 (consulting and conversions), Euro and application outsourcing. Business development; development of competencies. (up to 125 employees - revenue up to 20 mio € - gross profit 35 % - NBT 8 %).

CIO B/L and MEA (ICT Director) - IBM (ICT products and services)
After a major restructuring program in ICT: stabilize the organization and build new structures. Move to the ICT Director function by taking gradually responsibility for all functions within ICT. Rebuild the ICT skills in line with needed competencies.
