Werkervaring interimmanager

Voor de laatse twee en half jaar ben ik Business Consultant SAP Supply Chain geweest voor een groot FMCG bedrijf in Frankrijk. In deze positie ben ik verantwoordelijk geweest voor twee volledig SAP Supply Chain implementaties in Nederland en Oost Europa (Tjechie, Slovakije en Polen). Beide vanaf localisatie fase (GAP analyse), realisatie fase (Change Management & Training) tot definitieve Go Live fase. Daarvoor ben ik een ECR/logistiekmanager in Nederland geweest.

Van oorsprong ben ik een levensmiddelen technoloog. Tot aan vandaag ben ik altijd betrokken geweest in logistiek route naar de markt posities, hoofdzakelijk binnen zuivelbedrijven zoals het Friesland Coberco Dairy Foods, Mead Johnson en Fromagerie Bel.

Business Process Consultant Supply Chain in Food Companies Responsible for full life cycle implementation of EE countries Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
SAP Modules: MM, SD, Transport & EDI
SAP Solutions: Customers distribution, Deployment ,Warehouse external procurement, External subcontracting, Transfer, Packing/Advertisement materials supply from external suppliers, Warehouse Goods Receipts, Commercial Warehouse Stocks Management, Co-packing in Commercial Warehouse, EDI with logistic partners WMS, Customers distribution, Deployment , Transports / Pre-billing, Traceability, SC Reporting, SC Master data).
- Template functional support on Process & organisation transversal mapping of business processes and requirements. Setting up Business rules, Data Model and IT structure. Second phase construction of the template input writing/ updating the configuration templates and system testing.
- Localisation ensuring the consistency of current process with SAP system (Template). Enrichment of the template in case of country legal needs or non overcome able business needs. Business change or enrichment have to be considered first. By template & process presentations and GAP analyzes. Second phase arbitration of GAPĀ“s (presenting a full scope of the non business fits, background, requirements, current situation, issue, providing solutions, project risk, time and FTE costs)
- Realisation transferring business knowledge to users: By explaining processes and business rules, (by presenting the new process by business relate, day to day, examples) preparation user acceptance test (Business Quality Assurance), assisting to data migration, training and preparing business related cutover activities.
- Go live 24 hours support during the go-live and by supporting the post go-live activities.
- Change Management assisting on checking and ensuring current procedures compliance with SAP processes: By reviewing and defining a plan, drive business roles mapping with local management and validating training plan and training material.

EDI Process SAP Supply Chain in Food, Packaging Companies
Ensuring a smooth communication between SAP system of the client and WMS system of the logistic service provider (EDI). Securing that external party understand and implement according to the business roles of the client. By presenting the business rules to logistic providers, providing training between client and the external parties, preparing joined cutover plan and assisting on cut over.

ECR & Logistic Consulting in Food Companies
- Distribution assisting on the bleu print or adapting or improving the distribution for your market, which meets the imposed quality standards of the customers and the client in the most efficient way at acceptable costs. By constantly benching the concept against the market, assisting to become even more cost-efficient.
- Management of a logistics department by creating processes and an atmosphere, which enables the people in the department to contribute effectively, efficiently & pro-actively, enjoying maximum personal development.
- Logistical customer interface assisting on how to become one. By building relationships with the customer DMU (Decision Making Unit) ensuring customer requirements are met and developments are proactively tracked.
- Forecasting management assisting on how to ensure that the client forecasted volumes are in line with the Budget and operational sales planning. By ensuring weekly sales forecasts are being made in APS, in cooperation with sales and ensuring the sales forecast is being communicated in the proper format at the right moment, in order to receive the right products (stock keeping units) at the right moment.
- Key Performance Indicators assisting on development of transparent and consistent information flow and reporting structure within the given guidelines and frameworks in order to ensure the best insight in the sales and flow of the goods. (Optimise stock levels, service degrees etc)

Reizen en verblijf in Nederland of in het buitenland vormen geen probleem voor mij. Ik verblijf door de week in het land waar het project uitgerold en vlieg voor de weekenden terug naar Madrid. Dit heb ik de afgelopen jaren voor verschillende SAP projecten over geheel Europa gedaan: Nederland, Engeland, Egypte, Frankrijk en Oost-Europa.
Ik zou analytische vaardigheden, onderhandelings capaciteiten, voorbij de horizon van logistiek kunnen kijken en "to the point" als mijn sterkste punten. Ik heb geen "negen tot vijf" mentaliteit.
