 Responsible for the P&L, business strategy and brand positioning of Villavicencio (US$ 65 million annual sales, Nr. 1 Argentinean mineral water brand).
 Formulated, developed and oversaw the implementation of marketing strategy for the total product range: still, sparkling, Sport, Horeca and NPD.
 Coordinated the development of the total communicational, promotional and direct marketing platform for the brand. Target group included both consumers and health professionals.
 Direct Reports: Brand Manager Villavicencio and Brand Manager Institutional Marketing, who were responsible for specific products, projects and strategy execution. An Assistant BM reported to the BM Villavicencio.

 Overall responsibility for the Milka brand including tablets, countlines and social sharing products (US$ 16 million annual sales, Nr. 2 chocolate brand in the Dutch market).
 Formulated and implemented “New Heights” programme for Milka’s market share and volume growth. Launched 9 SKUs in 2000, volume growth of 25% over total Milka in first year.
