Director of Information Services and Corporate Development.

•Joined the US operation to hire and manage both front and back office team members and assume operational responsibility for the office.
•Managed 12 team members – Sales, recruiters, researchers, administration and data entry staff.
•Hired and trained new recruiters, retrained existing team members and restructured working processes which led to an increase in productivity and revenue.
•Worked closely with the Sales teams to increase business, margins and both contract and permanent placements.
•In addition, was tasked with developing an internet research team who would be responsible for sourcing both candidate and business development leads for the 4 US offices.
•5 researchers were successfully hired and trained. Leads generated resulted in higher placement ratio and new client business across all offices.
•The role expanded to include working together with the COO to establish business processes to support and augment both Business developers and recruiters.
•Designed and implemented a corporate training program to address the needs of both new and existing team members in all US offices. The training included a full induction, database training, recruiting techniques, internet recruiting, sales techniques and performance reviews.
•The program was also implemented in Europe with emphasis on internet and international recruiting which I rolled out and trained due to the success of the research function.
•Full responsibility for managing and maintaining the internet based applicant-tracking database.
•Responsible for corporate resource management including quality control and cost management of corporate services including all job boards.
•The role developed internationally resulting in a project based part-time in London to set up a new business unit within the IT Contracts Division focusing on candidate care, increased use of the applicant tracking database and reutilization of the existing contractor base.
