As such, elements such as strategic positioning & targeting, portfolio, brand and sales analyses are key to the organisation succes in the future. As marketing and sales advisor, I guide the organisation through this process. Beside that, I take an active part in the company’s sales force.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
This project comprises the reconsideration of an ICT company’s corporate identity and product innovation. The organization finds itself confronted with a receding market, increasing competition, as well a changing internal structure and culture. As such, I am responsible for the business development plan for the organization, which incorporates direct sales, road shows and events, and analysis of the market and the competition. Issues such as positioning, segmentation and targeting naturally play a vital part in this process.
