SUPPLY CHAIN/ PROCUREMENT / BUSINESS STRATEGY
• End-to-end supply chain including Vendor management, Business Process Outsourcing,
Business Process Improvement, Service Development & Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Strategy,
Logistics &planning and Project Management
• Produced annual supply chain & procurement plans for Shell’s down stream business in
Africa. Business objective to deliver USD 12M annual value improvement targets achieved.
• Participated in several global strategic sourcing teams and had regional responsibility for the
purchase of forecourt retail equipment. Value improvement target was USD 200M
• Influenced senior executives to adopt recommended strategies for improving the commercial
awareness of procurement staff.
• Managed a 38,200 m2 base providing 24 hrs logistics support for offshore activities.
Inventory of materials at the base were in excess of USD 6M
• Designed and delivered commercial workshops focused on enhancing/sustaining high
customer satisfaction levels for service delivery at Shell’s retail forecourts.
• Managed the outsourcing project for Shell’s retail sites across Africa to enhance
service reliability and reduction in maintenance costs for pumps and forecourt equipment.
• Managed the end to end procurement, supply and logistics activities to support Cameroon’s
Offshore drilling and production activities.
• Custodian of company tender board process. Developed guidelines and procedures for

CHANGE MANAGEMENT & DIVERSITY
• Coached senior leaders embarking on a personal learning and discovery in Diversity.
