The objective was to identify and analyze campus recruitment for different levels of sales force. The main emphasis was on B-school recruitment. Benchmark surveys were done to identify recruitment practices of FMCG and Consumer Durable companies and Colleges to identify the trend of graduating students. An Excel database of the B-schools chosen and a recruiter’s database were created.
