2004- 2006 Inclusion Group - Interim Operation Manager
•This start-up company developed a project in Egypt with the objective to realise and implement modern payment infrastructure based on the ‘Dutch reference’ model. It was my responsibility as operations manager to set-up the international project organisation, develop the necessary project plans, initiate the cooperation with technology and equipment manufacturers and assure punctual execution of project plan and agreements.
•Having set-up a multi-disciplinary project team of 8 people, project phase 1 was delivered in time and contracts with business partners signed.

2001-2004 Philips Semiconductors – European Sales Manager Standard Products
•Was given the challenging task to build a Sales team with the dedicated task to sell Standard Products into the European OEM and EMS market. Organisation design and recruitment of people was done over 2001. With 22 people realised 250 M Euro.
•Main objective and assignment of the team was to significantly improve our position at the big OEM Accounts. For this structured Account Penetration plans were developed, which resulted into major design wins and sales increase.

1999-2001 Philips Semiconductors - European Industrial Segment Manager
•End 1999 the International Marketing and Sales organisation of Philips Semiconductors changed into a true Global organisation based on Market Segments.
•I was given the assignment to set-up a European Sales team to cover the Industrial OEM Accounts. With product shortages 2000 was tough year.
•Structured approach was developed to track projects. With a team of 12 people, 100 M Euro Sales was realised and 30 M Euro / annum of projects were won.

1997-1999 Philips Semiconductors - European Marketing Manager Discrete Semiconductors
•Asked for the position of European Marketing Manager for Discrete products in a new European Regional Sales Organisation.
•Responsible for sales of close to 800 M Dutch guilders, market share in 1998 was stabilised after many years of decrease.
•Managed a team of 25 Product Marketing people and 7 Product Planners. Responsibilities included marketing and sales to all European OEM, EMS and Distribution accounts.
