Transfer of the pharmaceutical production processes from the Dutch site to the new French site in cooperation with Ing. Jan van Dijk, Pharmaceutical & Analytical Development, resulting in the implementation of a new pharmaceutical top down facility. Implementation estimated on 5 years, effectively delivered in 3 years.
Plant capacity of 1.5 billion tablets and capsules per year. Yearly turnover of 300 million Euros.

Nicobrand Ireland - Nicotine Pirilex
Development and piloting of the nicotine morphological crystallization single-pot process in cooperation with Mark McQuillan, Chemical Engineer, resulting in the implementation of two sealed contained production units (Processor 600) for nicotine patches and chewing gum.
Nicobrand has been established as worldwide sole producer of nicotine purified material. Production increased from 10kg to over 100kg per batch. Company turnover for this product peaked at 12 million £.
