•Closed down Divisional HQ in Germany and built a new HQ team in Brussels whilst reducing overall headcount.
•Reduced inventory by over 50%. Increased operational and sales performance to close 15% ahead of target.


GLOBAL OUTSOURCING SERVICES ORGANIZATION, AMSTERDAM Director, Internet Services Division
•Brief: To establish and build an Advanced Technologies / Internet Services Outsourcing organization. To merge THE Networking Services Company (see below) into the parent company. To take over and turn around a software development division.
•Merged the two organizations to create a successful new division with a new management team, strong identity and culture.
•Grew the organization to 200 people.
•Increased revenue year-on-year by up to 50%. Increased PBT from 3% to 5%.
•Solutions built around Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, ITIL & PRINCE II.
